100 Word Challenge – Sandwich Battery Energetic White Hurried

I sat at the dining room table eating my sandwich I had make for myself.

My sister came bouncing in like an energetic bunny. “I can’t believe I got this!” She stuck one of those toy plastic phones in the air. “Isn’t it great?”

“Sure…” I replied.

“Do you know where I can find a battery for it?”

“Nope. Go away let me eat!”

She rummaged through the cupboard for a while, then gave up.

I bit into the white bread and checked my watch for the time.

“Oh no! I’m going to be late for school!” I hurried out the door and yes, I ate a sandwich for breakfast.
